A second ex-Veep Joe Biden accuser came forward on Monday to claim she was a victim of inappropriate touching.

Amy Lappos a former congressional aide to Rep. Jim Hines (D-CT) told the Hartford Courant:

“He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth.”

The Creepy Uncle Joe narrative made front page news across the country as I wrote on Monday morning an accuser came forth over the weekend. A former Democratic legislator from Nevada, Lucy Flores of inappropriate touching on the neck and smelling of her hair.

A Biden representative had this to say of the charges:

“These smears and forgeries have existed in the dark recesses of the internet for a while,” he said. “And to this day, right wing trolls and others continue to exploit them for their own gain.”

Blaming Dark Web trolls of posting unretouched — aka no Photoshop — images of this man’s unbridled passion to touch and fondle women and girls in this day seems about as misplaced as Creepy Joe’s actions.

However that seems to be the least of Biden’s troubles.

Biden and his son Hunter, John Solomon writes in The Hill, have a Ukrainian problem that may be coming to light in an upcoming Senate investigation into the Asian county’s dealing with Democrats and the 2016 presidential election.

Hunter Biden — as has been widely reported sat on the board of directors of a Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings. Hunter Biden’s firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners received regular payments of more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, Solomon writes.

According to Joe Biden’s own words, he pressured the Ukrainian government that he would withhold $1 billion in aid and loan guarantees if Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko if he didn’t immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

Now why would a US Vice President care about a Ukrainian government prosecutor?

Well Shokin, at the time, had a broad investigation ongoing looking into international payments being made by Burisma as part of that wider-ranging probe.

Not surprising, Shokin was fired and as Solomon states, Joe Biden bragged about this to a Council on Foreign Relations event without ever mentioning, of course, that his son was wrapped up in the matter.

So Biden as the consummate dealmaker, may use the “Creepy” label as a reason to step back from running for president, but I’m sure — if that is the case — that neither he nor his son Hunter’s actions in the Ukraine will come up in the Senate probe.
