President Trump will test a new messaging system to reach Americans on their wireless devices in the event of an emergency.

On Thursday afternoon at 2:18 all US smartphones will get a message stating: THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”

My hope is that at 2:20 PM Thursday this will be followed up with a live message that Obama administration intelligence officials have been rounded and charged under the Espionage Act for conspiring against US interests in violation of numerous civil and criminal laws.

But that’s just my wishful thinking.

However, it appears that this is not your Father’s test pattern TV screen with screeching noise like we saw growing up. This test is being monitored by NSA and DOD for interference in its execution.

I’m not sure if they are monitoring domestic or foreign surveillance for interference, but the fact that they are involved seems like overkill for an initial test pattern.

We are told that the presidential access to this system is similar to “think football”, which is the nuclear launch code bag that travels with the president.

Could this wireless alert system be ultimately used to launch the MOABs (Mother Of All Bombs) of information in the near future should the web or the President’s access to it be disabled from communicating directly to the American people? Think Tweeter ban.
