German Chancellor Angela Merkel suffered a third bout of uncontrollable shaking at a welcoming ceremony for the Finnish prime minister on Wednesday.
Just as the two prior instances over the last month Merkel appears to have difficulty standing at attention. When the German leader walks she appears to be fine.
Speculation in the German press points to a neurological/muscular impairment that only manifests itself when standing still.
The German government has had no comment on the chancellor’s health since the first occurrence in mid June.
