Chauvin to be sentenced today

The sentencing of former Minneapolis police Officer Derek Chauvin is scheduled for Friday after being convicted in the death of George Floyd.

As I wrote on Wednesday, which went viral, I asked why is China or at least the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) not an unindicted co-conspirator in this case?

The premise was that Floyd suffered from three CCP-led programs against the US — forgery, fentanyl addiction and Covid-19 infection — before he ever met Chauvin.

Chauvin was convicted of murder for the May 2020 death of Floyd and could face decades in prison at Friday’s hearing.

In April, Chauvin was convicted of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter.

Three other former Minneapolis police officers await trial in connection with the case.
