President Trump tweeted about China wanting to restart trade talks, which turned the stock market around more than 300 Dow points overnight.

He also had to refute an Axios report that said he was looking at using nuclear weapons to break up hurricanes.

This is what I mean by being smack dab in the middle of silly season, which will progress until after Labor Day.
