It’s time for all the scare tactics to come to an end.

It’s time for Americans to take back their rights and get this economy back to whatever the “new normal” will be. We cannot sit back and allow this unprecedented experiment to continue to wreak havoc on our country and our way of life.

President Trump heeded to the medical and consultant experts early on — using their alarming modeling projections of millions of deaths — to take monumental steps to arrest this contagion.

The American people for the most part acquiesce. Turning in our rights to free speech and religious worship along with the right to assemble and pursue liberty voluntarily for the alleged better good based on flawed early information.

However, Americans did not suspend those rights. They did not vote to shelve the Constitution. No they heeded the request of government.

Many Americans — including older males — have lost their livelihood probably never to get it back in this “new economy” that will rise eventually, either because the company went under or the job is deemed non-essential after this grand experiment.

The time has passed for Americans to wait four months from now to find out that tens of millions of additional people have been infected with Covid-19 and were unaware bringing the mortality rate below zero.

Looking at the statistics after recording 4 months of deaths caused by this pandemic America has 45,300 souls lost. Every one of these is a family member and their lives were precious.

However, if you use the annualized the number of Covid-19 deaths it comes in at roughly 135,900. That places Covid-19 as the sixth leading cause of death in the country, according to the latest CDC numbers from 2018.

Listen I do not want to get parochial, but there are more businesses along 2nd Avenue in Manhattan or Northern Blvd. in Queens than in the entire states of Wyoming, Montana and West Virginia that will never come back from this self-imposed quarantine.

All these families have experienced “death” as well. Their dreams and aspirations as well as their futures have died because they heeded the unfounded medical warnings proffered by established business consultants like McKinsey Associates or Boston Consultant Group.

No its time for Americans to reclaim their rights and tell the politicians to flatten their own curve and get the hell out of the way.

No more with this grand experiment or the thought of re-imaging what the new economy should look like.
