All Mueller’s indictments come from lying to his probe, not during campaign

I have to laugh at the reactions to the Roger Stone arrest over the weekend.

Stone was seized by FBI agents in a pre-dawn SWAT-team like raid on his Florida home.

But here’s the thing, Stone’s charges — like that of all the other charges brought by Special Counsel Robert Mueller — are charges that stem from after the probe began.

The charges are not from the Trump presidential campaign. None of the charges have anything to do with Russian collusion. Many are for lying to the FBI and stem from these men giving false statements.

How did the FBI know they were false statements? Because they have the FISA warrants, which allowed them to spy on the campaign. So when the FBI questioned these individuals and the sworn affidavit didn’t jive with the secret tapes they were hit with false statement charges.

It almost sounds like entrapment to me, since no one knew the government was spying on its own citizens. Here’s a rundown of Mueller’s main cases against Trump associates so far:

  • George Papadopoulos: Former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser, was arrested in July 2017 and pleaded guilty in October 2017 to making false statements to the FBI. He got a 14-day federal sentence. No one does 14 days in federal jail, that’s like being locked up in drunk tank overnight.
  • Paul Manafort: Trump’s ex-campaign chair, was indicted on a total of 25 different counts by Mueller’s team, related mainly to his past work for Ukrainian politicians and past tax returns. Manafort’s  was convicted on eight counts of financial crimes. He awaits trial on secondary charges all stemming from false statements.
  • Michael Flynn: Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty in December 2017 to making false statements to the FBI.
  • Michael Cohen: Trump’s ex-lawyer pleaded guilty to eight counts In August 2018— tax charges, related to his finances and taxi business, and campaign finance violations — related to hush money paid to women who alleged had affairs with Trump with NYC federal officials, as part of a separate investigation that Mueller recommended. In November, he made a plea deal with Mueller to get leniency on lying to Congress charges over constructing a Trump Tower in Moscow.
  • Roger Stone: On Friday, Mueller indicted the Trump adviser on seven counts of lying to the House Intelligence Committee about his efforts to get in touch with WikiLeaks during the campaign and witness tampering.

This closest Mueller got to Russia — but not collusion with the Trump campaign — was the  12 Russian military intelligence officers who were charged with hacking and leaking of leading Democrats’ emails in 2016. No connection to Trump team.

So where are the collusion charges? They do not exist.

However people who are just Trump haters will cite these men as being crooked, so Trump’s crooked and let’s bring impeachment charges against him.

I say, if the FBI was spying on you and then brought you in for questioning a week later, then they ask you what you had for lunch on Tuesday the 17th and you say sushi and they have you talking about egg salad, well you could be charged with lying to the FBI. It’s that simple.

Horrible MLK weekend for Trump derangement syndrome media

It was some Martin Luther King, Jr. three-day weekend for the liberal press.

It really was more like a three-ring circus featuring the Trump derangement syndrome players.

Starting out Friday with the BuzzFeed debacle on the “blockbuster” report that Trump told his ex-lawyer Michael Cohen to lie Congress about his plan to build a hotel in Moscow, Russia.

Now why would the President tell his lawyer — no matter how incompetent he is — to lie about something that was lawful?

The reporting was so shoddy, biased and wrong that Special Counsel Robert Mueller — who never speaks about anything Russian — refuted the report on Friday night.

“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,” Mueller spokesman Peter Carr said in a statement.

That statement did not stop any of the reporting by left-leaning news organizations from reporting on the alleged story they just prefaced their remarks with, “If the BuzzFeed story is true, then the president …”

Well by Saturday early evening the “news” organizations found a video clip that allowed them to move their TDS to something they were sure was right.

Kentucky teenagers wearing MAGA hats evilly confronted a Native American man in front of the Lincoln Memorial in DC.

The teen, Nick Sandmann, a Covington Catholic High School junior in Kentucky was besmirched and as President Trump said, “smeared” by the media.

Sandmann was vilified on social media as being the face of white privilege triggering such outrageous reactions calling for him to be smacked down and punched, which was the milder reactions.

No “journalist” looked at the longer video that the infamous clip was taken from to back check the story. No his facial expression told the media everything it needed to know. It confirmed all their biases.

These teens were under verbal assault from two groups for over an hour while waiting for their bus. But why play the part of the video that shoots down your great story.

Lastly, is the post I made Monday on ex-Democratic National Committee chief Donna Brazile’s tweet on Nancy Pelosi soon to become president.

shortly thereafter
is underway

How is this appropriate? To state that the president and vice president may “shortly” be out of office, so Pelosi becomes president. This does not mean impeachment by any stretch. Mike Pence is never mentioned in that regard. No this means something far more sinister.

Well it certainly was not a good weekend for the Trump derangement syndrome media and its cohorts. A three-ring circus working without a net.

FBI used Trump Tower blaze to snoop on Trump: WH source

The FBI raids on President Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen took the legs out of the market on Monday. As news broke at about 3:10PM, the Dow dropped 310 points into the close.

However the talk around the White House pointed to the coincidence of a fire at Trump Tower over the weekend just prior to this take down of Trump’s lawyer. Continue reading
