How many federal grand juries of media leaks are going on?

We have known since just after Labor Day last year that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was being investigated for lying under oath and leaking to journalists.

We have not heard the determination of the secret panel whether they issued indictments to charge McCabe for the crimes. McCabe is accused with lying to investigators, the same charge brought against Lt. Gen Michael Flynn. While Flynn was charged McCabe has not despite DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz recommending such charges in his report.

Earlier this week we also learned that James Baker the former General Counsel for the FBI, is under federal investigation for unauthorized media disclosures. The Connecticut US Attorney John Durham has impaneled a grand jury to look into leaks coming from Baker’s office.

Two congressmen James Jordan (R-Ohio) and Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) released the letter sent to Durham concerning his Baker probe.

As previously reported here, the letter mentions two reporters—David Corn of Mother Jones and Franklin Foer, a writer for The Atlantic who worked for Slate during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Both reporters posted explosive stories on October 31, 2016 about Trump’s alleged ties to Russia. Corn’s article is mostly about the dossier and clearly sourced by Christopher Steele, but his piece also references Foer’s article alleging unusual activity between a Trump organization email server and Alpha Bank, the largest private bank in Russia.

The Alpha Bank connection was one more cog in the manufactured Trump-Russia collusion plot that could also be traced back to Fusion GPS chief Glenn Simpson, according to the article.

So with all these federal probes going on of press leaks accusing presidential candidate at the time Donald Trump of having ties to the Russians, what media leak probe do we not know about?

There seems to be one involving the NY Times White House reporter and CNN commentator Maggie Haberman. Where is that secret grand jury probe located?

Stay tuned.

TrumpTV may be more a reality after Hannity’s Clinton Foundation show switch

Fox News Channel changed plans late yesterday on a reportedly blockbuster breaking news topic for Sean Hannity’s show to rerun a 2004 interview with George HW Bush.

Hannity was supposed to have guests including a whistleblower on the Clinton Foundation named Dennis Cain, who had the FBI raid his house on Nov. 19 despite already handing over copies of the documents to Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz and House and Senate Intelligence committees.

The exact reason for the raid is unknown now, but speculation ranges from the FBI wanting to secure the original documents to Clinton sympathizers within the Department of Justice needing to get hold of the documents to determine how damning it is.

Senate Judiciary chair Charles Grassley sent a letter on Nov. 30 and revealed Monday to FBI Director Christopher Wray requesting answers as to why a recognized and cooperating whistleblower had FBI agents combing through his Maryland home for 6 hours after Cain told them he was cooperating on the investigation and then gave them the original documents of the copies he gave to congressional oversight members and Horowitz.

So into this fray, Hannity scheduled Cain, his lawyer Michael Socarras and another guest to speak about the potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and the Russian company that purchased Uranium One.

Horowitz was originally scheduled to testify on Wednesday to a House oversight committee chaired by Rep. Robert Goodlatte, but that hearing was postponed due to the federal holiday marking the death of the elder Bush.

The show had quite a buildup after it appeared President Trump sent this tweet out Monday night:

This could be the event that sparks TrumpTV. The former Fox News executive Bill Shine currently has the role of deputy chief of staff for communications and could be tapped to turn the URL TrumpTV into a government-run news program.

Trump tweeted this on Nov.26 after chastising CNN coverage:

Something has to be done, including the possibility of the United States starting our own Worldwide Network to show the World the way we really are, GREAT!

At this time it is not known what caused the last-minute change to Hannity’s programming and whether it will air Tuesday night.

Rosenstein has more than nine lives

Rod Rosenstein appears to have more lives within the FBI than any toothless cat roaming the streets of New York.

The question is why?

Is he a white hat ally of the Trump Administration, who is being set up to lure out other Obama era black hats into the trap?

Or is he one of the cabal, who did offer to wear a wire to gather evidence for a 25th Amendment case against Trump’s ability to hold office? Rosenstein denies this charge against him.

Trump had frozen Rosenstein out recently only to have a meeting on Air Force One with him on Monday. As Assistant Attorney General handling the Russian Dossier probe, it appears his time is short as evidence piles up that the actual collusion was between the Obama DOJ/FBI and Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

However Rosenstein was in the middle of all that and may have also signed off on a FISA application. He certainly knows all the players quite well including Former FBI Directors James Comey and Robert Mueller, who he assigned as a Special Council to probe the Trump Russia collusion case. Rosenstein also worked closely with Ex-AG Loretta Lynch and ex-AAG Sally Yates among others implicated in the 2016 Presidential election fraud.

So how does Rosenstein survive the purge? Or will he?

It is believed that the Presidential order to declassify the FISA warrant documents still sit on Rosenstein’s desk and has not made it up to the Director of National Intelligence’s office for approval. It is also reported that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz has been tasked with approving the FISA docs release that sits on Rosenstein’s desk. But we are still waiting on that.

Of course with the release of these documents it is believed Rosenstein will be forced to resign since there is self-incriminating evidence contained within implicating him directly into the 2016 Presidential election fraud.

We shall see, but I believe this cat has more than nine lives.

Weiner’s ‘insurance’ files cited in DOJ Inspector General’s report

The convicted perverted pedophile Anthony Weiner’s head is popping up again as the possible keystone linking the Clinton Foundation to horrendous acts against children around the world.

In the June 2018 Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report former assistant director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division, Randy Coleman, wrote in his notes  “Crimes Against Children” in connection with the digital devices confiscated from ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner, husband of Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin.

Coleman’s notes on Oct. 4, 2016 state:

(1) Anthony Wiener [sic]
(2) [Unrelated]
(3) Wiener [sic] – texting 15 yo – Sexually Explicit
9/26 – Federal SW – IPhone/IPAD/Laptop
Initial analysis of laptop – thousands emails
Hillary Clinton & Foundation
Crime Against Children

On Sept. 26, 2016 the FBI obtained a search warrant for Weiner’s iPhone, iPad and laptop computer to investigate further the charges of “transmitting obscene material to a minor, sexual exploitation of children, and activities related to child pornography.”

Weiner pleaded guilty to texting obscene material to a 15-year-old girl. He was not charged with possession of child pornography or other related charges, however. The disgraced pervert was sentenced to 21 months in a federal prison in September 2017.

After obtaining Weiner’s devices, NYPD detectives and FBI agents also uncovered over 300,000 emails, many were communications between Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, and Hillary Clinton. The folder’s name on Weiner’s laptop that contained many of the missives was allegedly called “insurance”.

Soon after Coleman wrote these notes, which he told the Inspector General, “likely represent information he was briefed on, first thing in the morning by his subordinates in the Criminal Investigative Division.” Coleman meet with then-FBI Director James Comey at 9AM according to Comey’s calendar.

When asked by the Inspector General numerous ways about this meeting and showing Comey Coleman’s notes, Comey replied he did not recall the meeting.

Should be intriguing News Of The Day from Trump

White House Press Secretary Sanders tweeted Tuesday afternoon:

President @realDonaldTrump will hold a press conference tomorrow at 5pm to discuss the #UNGA trip and news of the day.

The news of the day aspect is the most intriguing, since I wrote on Monday that Rosenstein would have an Ash(en) Wednesday.

Trump will announce that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz has given approval for the release of the FISA documents. I’m not sure if it will be a complete report or some more sensitive ( Direct Obama White House involvement) will be deemed too explosive to release just now.

The Democrats will need to bring every woman SCOTUS appointee Brett Kavanaugh has ever met to the hearing to drown out the cacophony raised Thursday by the President’s announcement tomorrow.
