As I wrote this morning all eyes are on the Fed. As I said it keep rates the same due to the actions of Mario Draghi and the ECB yesterday
Here are the future prices as of 1:50 PM just prior to the announcement on rates.

As you can see there was no real movement until 2pm as seen below:

There was an initial pop with Dow Jones industrials hitting 70. There was a minor pullback and then a move higher.
