Last night’s kick off of President Trump’s re-election campaign was surreal.
How he laid out in plain language a bill of particulars concerning what his 2016 campaign went through from the partisan Obama Department of Justice and the intelligence organizations was very powerful.
The president emphatically lambasted Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe, calling it “the great hoax” and the “great and illegal witch hunt.”
“They went after my family, my business, my finances, my employees, almost everyone I’ve known and worked with but they are really going after you. That’s what it is all about. It’s not about us but you. They tried to erase your vote, erase your legacy of the greatest campaign and the greatest election probably in the history of our country,” the president told the 20,000+ crowd in Orlando, FL.
“Our radical Democrat opponents are driven by hatred, prejudice and rage. They want to destroy you and they want to destroy our country as we know it,” Trump said.
Trump also polled the audience on his campaign slogan for 2020. As he said 2016’s “Make America Great Again” was probably the best slogan bar none. However, he asked should he stay with that or make the 2020 campaign about “Keep America Great?”
The 20,000+ crowd at the Amway Center whole endorsed with applause the new focus of KAG over MAGA.
Taking in totality, this speech will kick off a presidential campaign never before seen by the American citizens.
