Trump’s greatest achievement may be in the envelopes

I’d like to reference President Trump’s appearance over the weekend with Fox’s Judge Jeanine Pirro.

Yes the president spoke about the border wall stalemate, but he referenced more than twice in the interview how the American people will find it surprising some of the people involved in the corruption.

Trump said “One day this will probably be my greatest achievement.” The president continued, “people will be exposed that nobody ever thought possible.”

Well I immediately thought back to my post on the George H.W. Bush funeral mass on Dec. 5, 2018 and the envelopes that were passed out and the horrifying reactions by most of the recipients to the notes.

These are the people nobody ever thought possible would be brought to justice. Bringing down corruption within the past 20-25 years would be the greatest achievement of any president or person.

At one point in the interview talking about declassifying FISA, he says after bringing up corruption in the Obama Justice Department while naming ex-FBI Director James Comey and staff members Peter Strzok and Lisa Page along with DOJ’s Peter McCabe, the president says there are “lots of names that I can’t say cause it would create front-page news.

I hope the president can bring about this “greatest achievement” for the benefit of the American people.
