No Russian collusion, time to bring down The Hammer

Now that we have the Senate Intelligence Committee deciding on a bipartisan conclusion that there is no direct evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, perhaps it’s time to bring down The Hammer.

For those unaware, The Hammer was an alleged Obama administration spying operation run by CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

According to whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, who designed system to spy on Donald Trump before he even declared he would run for president.

Larry Klayman, lawyer for former NSA and CIA contractor and whistleblower Montgomery, states he delivered to then-FBI Director James Comey 47 hard drives and data amounting to more than 600 million pages of documentation on the surveillance scheme along with a sworn deposition by Montgomery’s on his dealings with the Obama White House on The Hammer program.

Other notables spied upon were Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Judge Reginald (Reggie) Walton who at the time was the presiding judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and Lt. General Michael Flynn and  thousands of American citizens.

In March 2017,  Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney, a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant General, broke the news about this operation.

We have two sources of collaboration on the existence of this operation.

In text messages unearthed by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz we find this exchange between FBI investigator Peter Strzok and his gal pal FBI lawyer Lisa Page a few hours after McInerney broke the news.

“Say nothing, I’m not going to respond to the whole group. The Klayman, Montgomery stuff Jim (Comey?) just sent us is utter BS. Yes, best to say nothing and debrief later if necessary.”

The existence of this surveillance program was also included in Wikileaks’ “Vault 7” release.

Remember this operation was running almost two years before the false Russian collusion charges were levied against President Trump and a FISA warrant was issued against Carter Page.

So it appears that the collusion charges and the “legal” spying through FISA court may have been concocted as a mechanism to somehow cover up or codify The Hammer operation with a veil of legality.

Separating Q wheat from 8-Chan chaff

This post is for those who are not aware of the Q-Anon phenomenon and for those who confuse it with the 8-Chan bulletin board.

While Q does post his drops on the 8Chan board, it is only used as an unrestricted means of communicating without fear of censorship or takedown. The drops represent real-time intelligence of the Trump administration.

The proofs of inside knowledge from Q drops are countless and present far too many examples to be coincidental in nature. As Q has posted numerous time: “At what point does it become mathematically impossible?” for the information to be coincidental.

A perfect example of this was the drop on July 27 12018 showing a photo of ex-FBI lawyer Lisa Page in her only trip to London in 2016 to see the information amassed by English spy agencies against the Trump campaign. She is photographed with her ex-lover FBI lead investigator Peter Strzok.

How does that photo (see below) become available to be posted unless Q has the ability to access intelligence files?

And of course it has the tag line of “when does a bird sing?” which was exactly what Ms. Page was doing at the time. Testifying before grand jury and also to closed congressional panels as to what she knew about the bogus Russian collusion probe.

So does Q-Anon’s credibility suffer from those he say he posts on 8-Chan where many posts are anti-Semitism and misogyny.

Yes there are plenty of them on 8-Chan and the nomenclature is at best rude and at the worst disgusting and a complete turn off to any newbie venturing onto the site.

That being said there is also some high-quality research being dropped often prodded by Q posts on 8-Chan. The important posts are labeled notables are can be found without scrolling through all the chaff that gives 8-Chan its Internet ghetto label.

Trump’s greatest achievement may be in the envelopes

I’d like to reference President Trump’s appearance over the weekend with Fox’s Judge Jeanine Pirro.

Yes the president spoke about the border wall stalemate, but he referenced more than twice in the interview how the American people will find it surprising some of the people involved in the corruption.

Trump said “One day this will probably be my greatest achievement.” The president continued, “people will be exposed that nobody ever thought possible.”

Well I immediately thought back to my post on the George H.W. Bush funeral mass on Dec. 5, 2018 and the envelopes that were passed out and the horrifying reactions by most of the recipients to the notes.

These are the people nobody ever thought possible would be brought to justice. Bringing down corruption within the past 20-25 years would be the greatest achievement of any president or person.

At one point in the interview talking about declassifying FISA, he says after bringing up corruption in the Obama Justice Department while naming ex-FBI Director James Comey and staff members Peter Strzok and Lisa Page along with DOJ’s Peter McCabe, the president says there are “lots of names that I can’t say cause it would create front-page news.

I hope the president can bring about this “greatest achievement” for the benefit of the American people.

This is what will happen because of the declassified FISA warrant is unleashed

So as the Washington DC smouldering ashes subside after the multiple booms that happen Tuesday night as a result of President Trump requesting from the intelligence agencies to declassify the FISA or Foreign Intelligence Surveillance application of Trump campaign associate Carter Page.

Here is a plain language timeline of events that will unfold as a result of this act.

  • The document used to get the warrant was called Russian Dossier. It was written by FBI informant and British spy Christopher Steele with research help from Nellie Ohr. Her husband Bruce Ohr worked for the Justice Department. He should not have had any involvement in the Dossier probe because of his position, but injected himself into the fracas due to partisanship.
  • The Russian Dossier was paid for by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.
  • The first request to spy on Carter Page was denied. The FBI through agent Peter Strzok and lawyer Lisa Page leaked elements of the Dossier to NY Times and Washington Post reporters and then included those stories in the second application to the court to spy on Carter Page, which was granted.
  • Carter Page was a nothing in the Trump campaign, but the level of spying on him by the FISA court was the most invasive level the court could grant called Title One. The spying was allowed to go at two levels past Carter Page. FBI and DOJ could spy on him and all the people he spoke to and everyone they spoke to or communicated with. working their way up the chain.
  • Attorney General Loretta Lynch through her happenstance meeting with Bill Clinton on a Phoenix tarmac knew all about the origin of the Dossier and instructed FBI Director James Comey to initiate the false investigation with deputy Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein.
  • Many top officials in the DOJ and FBI during the Obama administration will be implicated in the fraud.
  • When Robert Mueller was named Special Counsel to probe the Russian collusion with the Trump administration Rosenstein knew it was based on fraudulent information.
  • Lastly, President Obama was spying on a presidential candidate and President-elect by receiving information daily in his intelligence briefings again based on a fraudulent premise.

This will unleash a Constitutional crisis to make Watergate appear to be a routine breaking and entering charge, which it was.

Some conspiracy theories are allowed to continue for the left

The banning of certain websites or writers and video producers by private companies is troubling to say the least. Especially when the media decides what is conspiracy theory and what is not.

While other media such as newspapers or radio or TV were not built on the model of allowing all voices equal opportunity to espouse their views, the new social media platforms were.

So now to say it’s our platform — built on technology paid for by the American taxpayer — and you have no place here, well that is constitutionally questionable.

Freedom of speech is not a gift to us by the government or some kid fronting a multi-billion dollar company, its is an inherent human right that the government cannot take away as the US Constitution states clearly.

The stifling of voices of any political bent by Apple, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and the others is the silencing of all voices in the long-term. Reams of opinions from legal scholars over the last 240 years have upheld this theory.

To allow these companies to be final arbiter of this constitutional right because they attached huge server farms to an Internet that was developed and funded by Americans using the basic web protocols developed by academics decades ago is lunacy.

And to call the provocateurs conspiracy theorists is just a quick way to get most American to look the other way and not give a notice to this constitutional infringement.

Surely a test case will come out of this action taken by Silicon Valley that will probably land in the Supreme Court’s lap in 2020 — perhaps just prior to the next presidential election.

Until then, can someone please tell me how the Trump colluded with the Russians is not a conspiracy theory perpetuated by CNN, MSNBC and the left?

Why have all these Justice Department and FBI executives been fired?

  1. James Comey – FBI Director – FIRED
  2. Jim Rybicki – Chief of Staff (JC) – FIRED
  3. Andrew McCabe – Deputy Director – FIRED
  4. James Baker – Office of General Counsel – FIRED
  5. Bill Priestap – Head of Counterintelligence (Strzok’s boss) – COOPERATING WITNESS
  6. Lisa Page – Special Counsel – FIRED
  7. Peter Strzok – Lead Investigator/Deputy Asst Director of Counterintelligence – ESCORTED OUT OF BUILDING

I cite this memo from the US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PERMANENT SELECT COMMITTEE ON INTELLIGENCE on the FISA warrant issue against Trump staffer Carter Page.

The Steele dossier formed an essential part of a FISA application targeting Carter Page. Former FBI Deputy Director McCabe confirmed that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) without the Steele dossier information.
• FBI and DOJ obtained from the FISC an initial warrant, and three FISA renewals.
  • Then-FBI Director James Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one.
  • Then-Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Sally Yates, then-Acting DAG Dana Boente, and DAG Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of DOJ.
  • Steele was paid over $160,000 by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary for America (Clinton campaign) for his dossier. Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials.
  • While the FISA application relied on Steele’s past record of credible reporting on other unrelated matters, it ignored or concealed his anti- Trump financial and ideological motivations.
  • Before and after Steele was terminated as a source, he maintained contact with DOJ via then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr. In September 2016, Steele told Ohr, he “was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president.” Ohr later relayed this evidence of Steele’s bias to FBI, where it was recorded in official files, but not included in any of the FISA applications.
  • None of the FISA applications mention that the FBI had separately authorized payment to Steele for the dossier information.
  • According to the head of the FBI’s counterintelligence division, Assistant Director Bill
Priestap, corroboration of the Steele dossier was in its “infancy” at the time of the initial Page FISA application. In early January 2017, Director Comey briefed President-elect Trump on a summary of the Steele dossier, a document he later described as “salacious and unverified.”
  • The Page FISA application incorrectly assesses that Steele did not directly provide
information to Yahoo News. Steele has admitted in British court filings that he met with Yahoo News —and several other outlets —in September 2016 at the direction of FusionGPS.
  • Perkins Coie, the law firm that hired Fusion GPS on behalf of the DNC and Clinton campaign, was aware of Steele’s initial media contacts, and hosted at least one meeting in Washington D.C. in 2016 with Steele and Fusion GPS.
  • Ohr’s wife was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. Ohr later provided the FBI with all of his wife’s opposition research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS.
  • The Page FISA application also mentions information regarding fellow Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos, but there is no evidence of any cooperation or conspiracy between Page and Papadopoulos.

So here you have the Permanent House panel saying the Trump collusion story is a product of the Clinton campaign pushed by partisan DOJ and FBI officials to undermine the Trump campaign. Yet, the left still bangs the table that this story is true.

Don’t see anyone banning their content however. And yet it truly was a conspiracy to bring down a sitting president.

Go figure.
