This is what will happen because of the declassified FISA warrant is unleashed

So as the Washington DC smouldering ashes subside after the multiple booms that happen Tuesday night as a result of President Trump requesting from the intelligence agencies to declassify the FISA or Foreign Intelligence Surveillance application of Trump campaign associate Carter Page.

Here is a plain language timeline of events that will unfold as a result of this act.

  • The document used to get the warrant was called Russian Dossier. It was written by FBI informant and British spy Christopher Steele with research help from Nellie Ohr. Her husband Bruce Ohr worked for the Justice Department. He should not have had any involvement in the Dossier probe because of his position, but injected himself into the fracas due to partisanship.
  • The Russian Dossier was paid for by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.
  • The first request to spy on Carter Page was denied. The FBI through agent Peter Strzok and lawyer Lisa Page leaked elements of the Dossier to NY Times and Washington Post reporters and then included those stories in the second application to the court to spy on Carter Page, which was granted.
  • Carter Page was a nothing in the Trump campaign, but the level of spying on him by the FISA court was the most invasive level the court could grant called Title One. The spying was allowed to go at two levels past Carter Page. FBI and DOJ could spy on him and all the people he spoke to and everyone they spoke to or communicated with. working their way up the chain.
  • Attorney General Loretta Lynch through her happenstance meeting with Bill Clinton on a Phoenix tarmac knew all about the origin of the Dossier and instructed FBI Director James Comey to initiate the false investigation with deputy Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein.
  • Many top officials in the DOJ and FBI during the Obama administration will be implicated in the fraud.
  • When Robert Mueller was named Special Counsel to probe the Russian collusion with the Trump administration Rosenstein knew it was based on fraudulent information.
  • Lastly, President Obama was spying on a presidential candidate and President-elect by receiving information daily in his intelligence briefings again based on a fraudulent premise.

This will unleash a Constitutional crisis to make Watergate appear to be a routine breaking and entering charge, which it was.

Some conspiracy theories are allowed to continue for the left

The banning of certain websites or writers and video producers by private companies is troubling to say the least. Especially when the media decides what is conspiracy theory and what is not.

While other media such as newspapers or radio or TV were not built on the model of allowing all voices equal opportunity to espouse their views, the new social media platforms were.

So now to say it’s our platform — built on technology paid for by the American taxpayer — and you have no place here, well that is constitutionally questionable.

Freedom of speech is not a gift to us by the government or some kid fronting a multi-billion dollar company, its is an inherent human right that the government cannot take away as the US Constitution states clearly.

The stifling of voices of any political bent by Apple, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and the others is the silencing of all voices in the long-term. Reams of opinions from legal scholars over the last 240 years have upheld this theory.

To allow these companies to be final arbiter of this constitutional right because they attached huge server farms to an Internet that was developed and funded by Americans using the basic web protocols developed by academics decades ago is lunacy.

And to call the provocateurs conspiracy theorists is just a quick way to get most American to look the other way and not give a notice to this constitutional infringement.

Surely a test case will come out of this action taken by Silicon Valley that will probably land in the Supreme Court’s lap in 2020 — perhaps just prior to the next presidential election.

Until then, can someone please tell me how the Trump colluded with the Russians is not a conspiracy theory perpetuated by CNN, MSNBC and the left?

Why have all these Justice Department and FBI executives been fired?

  1. James Comey – FBI Director – FIRED
  2. Jim Rybicki – Chief of Staff (JC) – FIRED
  3. Andrew McCabe – Deputy Director – FIRED
  4. James Baker – Office of General Counsel – FIRED
  5. Bill Priestap – Head of Counterintelligence (Strzok’s boss) – COOPERATING WITNESS
  6. Lisa Page – Special Counsel – FIRED
  7. Peter Strzok – Lead Investigator/Deputy Asst Director of Counterintelligence – ESCORTED OUT OF BUILDING

I cite this memo from the US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PERMANENT SELECT COMMITTEE ON INTELLIGENCE on the FISA warrant issue against Trump staffer Carter Page.

The Steele dossier formed an essential part of a FISA application targeting Carter Page. Former FBI Deputy Director McCabe confirmed that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) without the Steele dossier information.
• FBI and DOJ obtained from the FISC an initial warrant, and three FISA renewals.
  • Then-FBI Director James Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one.
  • Then-Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Sally Yates, then-Acting DAG Dana Boente, and DAG Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of DOJ.
  • Steele was paid over $160,000 by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary for America (Clinton campaign) for his dossier. Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials.
  • While the FISA application relied on Steele’s past record of credible reporting on other unrelated matters, it ignored or concealed his anti- Trump financial and ideological motivations.
  • Before and after Steele was terminated as a source, he maintained contact with DOJ via then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr. In September 2016, Steele told Ohr, he “was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president.” Ohr later relayed this evidence of Steele’s bias to FBI, where it was recorded in official files, but not included in any of the FISA applications.
  • None of the FISA applications mention that the FBI had separately authorized payment to Steele for the dossier information.
  • According to the head of the FBI’s counterintelligence division, Assistant Director Bill
Priestap, corroboration of the Steele dossier was in its “infancy” at the time of the initial Page FISA application. In early January 2017, Director Comey briefed President-elect Trump on a summary of the Steele dossier, a document he later described as “salacious and unverified.”
  • The Page FISA application incorrectly assesses that Steele did not directly provide
information to Yahoo News. Steele has admitted in British court filings that he met with Yahoo News —and several other outlets —in September 2016 at the direction of FusionGPS.
  • Perkins Coie, the law firm that hired Fusion GPS on behalf of the DNC and Clinton campaign, was aware of Steele’s initial media contacts, and hosted at least one meeting in Washington D.C. in 2016 with Steele and Fusion GPS.
  • Ohr’s wife was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. Ohr later provided the FBI with all of his wife’s opposition research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS.
  • The Page FISA application also mentions information regarding fellow Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos, but there is no evidence of any cooperation or conspiracy between Page and Papadopoulos.

So here you have the Permanent House panel saying the Trump collusion story is a product of the Clinton campaign pushed by partisan DOJ and FBI officials to undermine the Trump campaign. Yet, the left still bangs the table that this story is true.

Don’t see anyone banning their content however. And yet it truly was a conspiracy to bring down a sitting president.

Go figure.

The Russians love their people too

I fail to see the downside for the US with President Trump meeting with Russia’s President Putin.

The left’s hysteria over Russian involvement in the 2016 election will turn out in the end to be a ruse brought to them by President Obama/Clinton team with no connections to the Trump campaign.

The ultimate proof for this is the inability of a federal judge to even sentence Gen. Flynn for a rigged confession of speaking with the Russians. If there was any truth to the charge and the alleged commission by Flynn, then he should have been sentenced to the “crime”.

In the meantime, how can the left denigrate the idea of meeting with the Russians — thinking it is 1950 at the beginning of the Cold War. Open dialog between Russia, China and America can and will result in hug savings for the US in military spending going forward, since the fear and loathing of Russia and China will be diminished.

We will see in the next two months additional revelations coming out of the Department of Justice’s 2106 election investigation how the FBI fabricated reports to tie the Trump campaign to Russia.

Gen. Flynn will more than likely be able to pull his guilty plea over these fabricated reports, since it will now not cost him the millions of dollars it would have to clear his name.

No the real fear of the Democrats to Trump meeting with Putin is that they will be found out to have been crying wolf over these charges.

IG report needs to be declassified for all Americans to discover the DC swamp

The redacted Department of Justice Inspector General’s report on the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail server offered few new insights into what went on inside the FBI and Justice Department at the time, IG Michael Horowitz says.

Yes, President Trump is vindicated for firing FBI Director James Comey. The former G-man’s insubordination through his actions warranted his dismissal.

The ex-FBI Director broke with long-standing department standards in his handling of the Clinton investigation. As this report points out Comey wrote the final finding of this investigation before he even integrated Clinton and her top aides about the use of a private server.

As a quick aside, the report also revealed that Comey used his own personal e-mail account to send and receive classified government documents.

So Comey writes a report exonerating Hillary Clinton in the end of May 2016. He then interviews her on July 2, 2016 and announces she is clear of any wrongdoing on July 6th.

Horowitz does give us some reason to figure out why Comey would reopen the Clinton e-mail probe in October just weeks before the election.

It not only centered on Comey’s actions, but also the initial investigation was so shoddy in its execution, because the FBI principles behind the probe Peter Strzok and his texting buddy Lisa Page had biases, which however Horowitz says had little impact on the probe.

There’s this IM exchange on Aug. 6, 2016 between Strzok and Page:

Page:[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? right?

Strzok: No. No he’s not. We’ll stop it.

This exchange happens in the midst of Strzok leading the probe into Russian collusion with the Trump campaign.

Since there are no recommendations from the IG’s report that any charges be brought against Hillary Clinton or any of her top aides, I think President Trump — through Executive Order — should declassify the entire study so Americans can see the truth about how the FBI acted and how the DOJ acted and the thought process of the Inspector General in the report.

This document is a product of the DC swamp, to protect the career operatives. There can be nothing better than exposing the harsh sunlight into this muck.

Lastly, truth be told, Comey for all his warts, never mentioned prior to the election that the FBI was looking into the Trump campaign and possible ties to Russia. He did open a probe into Hillary, then closed it. Then publicly announced he was reopening it.

I guess they all figured she would win.

QAnon primer for the unawakened

A phenomenon began last November — on the less traveled area of the Internet —  is purported to be posting information from a White House insider on how the swamp is being drained.

The postings on 4Chan.com and then 8Chan.net, where Anons — no one has an identity — decipher the cryptic postings of this alleged Trump Administration inside called QAnon.

To prove his/her/them provenance, QAnon has released images of post Presidential Executive Order signings and photos purportedly taken from Air Force One. The identity of this poster has been speculated with no definite person tied to the postings, however its presumed to be someone with a military intelligence background, from the use of cryptic language in the postings.

QAnon posted images and text hinting at the North Korean disabling its nuke program months prior to the news hitting mainstream media. Also uploaded information on the President Trump’s upcoming meeting with North Korea’s leadership well before news broke.

The avid 8Chan community — identified as The Great Awakening — spend countless hours deciphering the postings, researching what is called “bread crumb” drops from Q to get the behind the scenes initiatives being done in the White House.

Another topic that is full of bread crumbs is the Mueller probe and the FBI. Q has posted numerous times:

TRUST SESSIONS. TRUST WRAY. TRUST KANSAS (Pompeo). TRUST HOROWITZ. TRUST HUBER. Q

Some of the earlier Q posts said Mueller’s probe would go nowhere and pointed out how Mueller working with Hillary Clinton on the Uranium One deal with Russia. This still needs to be played out further in the media, which Q says the team above will uncover.

Q lists the dozen or so top Justice and FBI officials that have been forced out or left the agencies over the last 6 months or so. q has also posted about how they know their hidden communications, whether it involved saving drafts in a shared Google Mail account as lovers Lisa Page and Peter Strzok did.

Strzok, Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence and Page, attorney with the FBI‘s Office of the General Counsel, are now both cooperating witnesses to the Huber investigation.

A Q post from mid-April states that war is ugly and dangerous as reports came out that former national security advisor H.R. McMasters’ father died in a Philadelphia nursing home. Four weeks later a nurse was charged in the elderly McMasters death.

The FBI spy ring within the Trump campaign also came out of Q posts well before President Trump told the world about it.

Some of the most intriguing posts involve images of people in awkward poses either with questionable people or location. Sen. John McCain poses with Syrian fighters, A younger Barack Obama in Muslim garb and Obama in numerous shots with a young girl named Maggie Nixon.

Where Q gets these pictures is unknown, but due to the nature of the images you assume they are not available on Google images.

In early April, Q posted that the Pope will have a terrible May. Fast forward a month and Pope Francis announces that he may retire as Pontiff very shortly.

For further study in QAnon you can find all his posts at https://qanon.pub/? or https://qanonposts.com/ to get a sense of what is going on.
