Why were all the FBI Russian collusion probers fired?

One of the newest drops from Tuesday points out that if the FBI investigation into the Trump/Russian collusion case by the FBI was on the right side of the law, then why were all the key players fired for misconduct?

James Comey, Director,
Jim Rybicki, Chief of staff,
Andrew McCabe, Deputy Director,
Lisa Page Special Counsel FBI,
Jim Baker, Office of General Counsel,
Bill Priestap, Counterintelligence chief.

Each of these federal law officials were fired during the Russian collusion investigation for misconduct or worse. And this drop points that out.

IF THE TOP FBI CHAIN OF COMMAND FOR THE MIDYEAR INVESTIGATION WERE *ALL* FIRED DOES ONE CONCLUDE THE INVESTIGATION WAS NOT CONDUCTED PROPERLY?
DOES ONE CONCLUDE ALL STATEMENTS MADE BY THE FBI (THINK NO HACK OF SERVER AS SINGLE EXAMPLE) COULD BE FALSE?
Take a moment and think about what that means.

TREASON.
Q

On Tuesday we also had the release of FBI’s lawyer Lisa Page’s Congressional testimony  by Rep.Doug Collins. In her Q & A, Page admits that she texted disgraced FBI investigator  Peter Strzok, who was also and her former lover,  this: ”

“Yes POTUS wants to know everything we are doing.”

That statement backs up what I have been reporting for months, that this spying of candidate/President-elect Trump was run out of the Obama White House.

And I believe there is much more to come.

Trump’s greatest achievement may be in the envelopes

I’d like to reference President Trump’s appearance over the weekend with Fox’s Judge Jeanine Pirro.

Yes the president spoke about the border wall stalemate, but he referenced more than twice in the interview how the American people will find it surprising some of the people involved in the corruption.

Trump said “One day this will probably be my greatest achievement.” The president continued, “people will be exposed that nobody ever thought possible.”

Well I immediately thought back to my post on the George H.W. Bush funeral mass on Dec. 5, 2018 and the envelopes that were passed out and the horrifying reactions by most of the recipients to the notes.

These are the people nobody ever thought possible would be brought to justice. Bringing down corruption within the past 20-25 years would be the greatest achievement of any president or person.

At one point in the interview talking about declassifying FISA, he says after bringing up corruption in the Obama Justice Department while naming ex-FBI Director James Comey and staff members Peter Strzok and Lisa Page along with DOJ’s Peter McCabe, the president says there are “lots of names that I can’t say cause it would create front-page news.

I hope the president can bring about this “greatest achievement” for the benefit of the American people.

Lt. Gen. Flynn is the ‘keystone’ to FISA and Russian collusion plan

Lt. General Michael Flynn was the driving force behind the Russian collusion plan to undermine the Trump administration from the beginning.

Flynn was the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency in the Obama administration from 2012-2014. He was a critic of the administration’s dealings with radical Islamists. Flynn lost a battle to CIA Director John Brennan — a Muslim by faith — and the White House of his assessment of the US involvement in Syria.

Flynn was feared and despised by the Obama White House for his views on radical Islamist and his deep knowledge of State Department and CIA involvement with Islamist extremists in Iran and Syria.

After leaving the Obama White House, Flynn traveled to Russia and meets with Russia government officials as a civilian. He is attends a dinner with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

While Flynn did all the appropriate actions for the Russian trip — he met with DIA staff before leaving to let them know of the trip, he was briefed before on how to deal with the Russian questions and he was debriefed on what he discovered afterward. All above-board and reportedly helpful to the intelligence community.

So in 2015 Flynn begins speaking with the Trump campaign. Obama’s staff is furious and knows it needs to silence Flynn because he knows too much.

In late 2015 enter Stefan Halper, a career CIA asset working then as a Senior Fellow at Cambridge University. I believe Halper was brought in by Brennan to set up Flynn as colluding with the Russians. That’s where the whole Russian plan was hatched.

Halper was key to bringing in Fusion/GPS and Christopher Steele to produce the dossier with its first target being Flynn.

Flynn was most likely the subject of the first FISA application in the late spring of 2016 for his trip to Russia. However, the FISA court turned down the application because it did not show Flynn broke any laws.

In order to get the FISA court to approve spying on American citizens you need to show: a) The citizen was working with a foreign government, which in and of itself is not unlawful and b) broke the law like fraud or providing classified information.

The original application had no law broken, so it was denied. The Halper and Co. then went after Carter Page in the FISA court later in 2016 to spy on the Trump administration.

This is why Flynn remains free even after admitting guilt to minor charges brought by the DOJ/FBI for speaking with Russians after Trump’s election, but before he took office. Ironically FBI’s Peter Strzok was the agent that interviewed Flynn at the White House without a lawyer and brought these charges.

Obama administration still needed to silence Flynn from joining the Trump team as the National Security Advisor since he knew where all the Obama bodies are buried.

One last “indictment” on Flynn. When Trump meets with Obama after the election the only name brought up by Obama is Flynn telling Trump not to trust him.

This is why I say Lt. General Michael Flynn is the keystone to the whole Russian dossier.

Some conspiracy theories are allowed to continue for the left

The banning of certain websites or writers and video producers by private companies is troubling to say the least. Especially when the media decides what is conspiracy theory and what is not.

While other media such as newspapers or radio or TV were not built on the model of allowing all voices equal opportunity to espouse their views, the new social media platforms were.

So now to say it’s our platform — built on technology paid for by the American taxpayer — and you have no place here, well that is constitutionally questionable.

Freedom of speech is not a gift to us by the government or some kid fronting a multi-billion dollar company, its is an inherent human right that the government cannot take away as the US Constitution states clearly.

The stifling of voices of any political bent by Apple, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and the others is the silencing of all voices in the long-term. Reams of opinions from legal scholars over the last 240 years have upheld this theory.

To allow these companies to be final arbiter of this constitutional right because they attached huge server farms to an Internet that was developed and funded by Americans using the basic web protocols developed by academics decades ago is lunacy.

And to call the provocateurs conspiracy theorists is just a quick way to get most American to look the other way and not give a notice to this constitutional infringement.

Surely a test case will come out of this action taken by Silicon Valley that will probably land in the Supreme Court’s lap in 2020 — perhaps just prior to the next presidential election.

Until then, can someone please tell me how the Trump colluded with the Russians is not a conspiracy theory perpetuated by CNN, MSNBC and the left?

Why have all these Justice Department and FBI executives been fired?

  1. James Comey – FBI Director – FIRED
  2. Jim Rybicki – Chief of Staff (JC) – FIRED
  3. Andrew McCabe – Deputy Director – FIRED
  4. James Baker – Office of General Counsel – FIRED
  5. Bill Priestap – Head of Counterintelligence (Strzok’s boss) – COOPERATING WITNESS
  6. Lisa Page – Special Counsel – FIRED
  7. Peter Strzok – Lead Investigator/Deputy Asst Director of Counterintelligence – ESCORTED OUT OF BUILDING

I cite this memo from the US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PERMANENT SELECT COMMITTEE ON INTELLIGENCE on the FISA warrant issue against Trump staffer Carter Page.

The Steele dossier formed an essential part of a FISA application targeting Carter Page. Former FBI Deputy Director McCabe confirmed that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) without the Steele dossier information.
• FBI and DOJ obtained from the FISC an initial warrant, and three FISA renewals.
  • Then-FBI Director James Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one.
  • Then-Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Sally Yates, then-Acting DAG Dana Boente, and DAG Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of DOJ.
  • Steele was paid over $160,000 by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary for America (Clinton campaign) for his dossier. Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials.
  • While the FISA application relied on Steele’s past record of credible reporting on other unrelated matters, it ignored or concealed his anti- Trump financial and ideological motivations.
  • Before and after Steele was terminated as a source, he maintained contact with DOJ via then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr. In September 2016, Steele told Ohr, he “was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president.” Ohr later relayed this evidence of Steele’s bias to FBI, where it was recorded in official files, but not included in any of the FISA applications.
  • None of the FISA applications mention that the FBI had separately authorized payment to Steele for the dossier information.
  • According to the head of the FBI’s counterintelligence division, Assistant Director Bill
Priestap, corroboration of the Steele dossier was in its “infancy” at the time of the initial Page FISA application. In early January 2017, Director Comey briefed President-elect Trump on a summary of the Steele dossier, a document he later described as “salacious and unverified.”
  • The Page FISA application incorrectly assesses that Steele did not directly provide
information to Yahoo News. Steele has admitted in British court filings that he met with Yahoo News —and several other outlets —in September 2016 at the direction of FusionGPS.
  • Perkins Coie, the law firm that hired Fusion GPS on behalf of the DNC and Clinton campaign, was aware of Steele’s initial media contacts, and hosted at least one meeting in Washington D.C. in 2016 with Steele and Fusion GPS.
  • Ohr’s wife was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. Ohr later provided the FBI with all of his wife’s opposition research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS.
  • The Page FISA application also mentions information regarding fellow Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos, but there is no evidence of any cooperation or conspiracy between Page and Papadopoulos.

So here you have the Permanent House panel saying the Trump collusion story is a product of the Clinton campaign pushed by partisan DOJ and FBI officials to undermine the Trump campaign. Yet, the left still bangs the table that this story is true.

Don’t see anyone banning their content however. And yet it truly was a conspiracy to bring down a sitting president.

Go figure.

Trump has an October Surprise in his pocket for midterms

Back in April of this year I wrote about what is now coming to the fore.

The story dribbling out now is how the Carter Page Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant was issued based on the Trump Dossier, which was paid for in large part by the Clinton campaign. Yes you have Fusion/GPS and Christopher Steele operating with Clinton campaign and the Obama White House all of which I covered here.

The whole Russian collusion case is based on lies forged in the dossier and circulated to partisan federal law enforcement staff in the FBI and DOJ, who cleaned it up a bit and included some other “questionable” facts and presented the finding to the FISA court for the surveillance warrant. The feds did not tell the court that the application was based largely on Clinton campaign opposition research.

The first ruling from the court did not grant the warrant, so the document was re-circulated among the same staffers: AG Loretta Lynch, FBI director James Comey, his second in charge, Rod Rosenstein, FBI investigator Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page among others and reissued to the court and was approved. All of this is known to my readers months ago.

However until the unredacted FBI application for the warrant is released Americans will not know the truly despicable acts taking place within the Obama White House to ensure a Hillary Clinton victory.

The most interesting development — largely overlooked by the press — was that the redacted FBI application was released at all. FISA operations have the highest security clearance in government. FISA operations are not subject to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. So who approved its release?

Only one person could declassify the heavily redacted FBI warrant application: President Trump. Will the President declassify the entire report? That could be an October Surprise in time for the midterm elections.
