Now Trump can go on the offensive

The Trump administration, fresh off of the vindication with the release on Thursday of  Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report that no Russian collusion nor obstruction of justice charges were warranted, can now get back to the business of government change.

While the radical Democrats in the House will continue to double down on their delusional aim of bringing impeachment charges against the president, it will however get no traction in the Senate.

But what else can Nancy Pelosi and Jerry Nadler do? They have no viable candidate for 2020, as the party careens further and further left with Bernie Sanders and the young bloods getting all the ink.

The administration has three blockbuster reports coming out, which could render the Democratic Party to the trash bin of history in the end.

  • First, would be the unredacted FISA warrant applications, which will show how the Obama administration used a partisan, Hillary Clinton campaign opposition research report to spy on American citizens.
  • Second, is the Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on how the Justice Department led by Loretta Lynch perverted the rule of law to help the Clinton campaign during the election.
  • Lastly, is Federal prosecutor John Huber’s investigation into the Clinton campaign’s misuse of private computer servers housing classified files and then destroying them to cover up the crime.

Once these reports are released along with the indictments for leaking  classified intelligence information by ranking House members the Democratic Party may poll less than the Libertarian candidate or other third-parties. That’s how devastating these reports will be.

The timing on the release is key since the Trump White House wants to take back the House in 2020. It can’t be too soon as Americans have a short attention span when it comes to politics.

But it will come over the summer and it will be monumental.

Nunes criminal referrals may move Huber/Horowitz probes forward

California Republican Congressman Devin Nunes will bring his criminal referrals to Attorney General William Barr early this week.

Nunes has publicly said he has eight initial charges against numerous individuals for leaking, lying to Congress. The representative, who has been in the middle of probing the FISA abuse during the Obama administration, suggested that some journalists should be questioned about the leaks.

Nunes, ranking member of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, also said he will give the referrals directly to Barr since there are still questionable characters working within the upper ranks of the Department of Justice and FBI.

Barr will more than likely refer these charges to existing investigations being conducted by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz and/or Federal Attorney John Huber since he has also hinted that the clearing out of rogue elements within the DOJ still needs to be completed.

I am very confident that within Nunes referrals is a charge against fellow California democratic congressman Adam Schiff, who now chairs intelligence committee. Schiff was requested to step down from that position by republicans last week after the release of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report  found no collusion with the Russians and no obstruction of justice by the Trump administration or campaign.

Since the charges deal with classified information we will not know who is being charged by Nunes, but it is safe to say that the upper echelon of the Obama administration along with the intelligence chiefs and DOJ and FBI officials will be included.

I have a sense that the Nunes charges and all the supporting classified documents contained within the charges may be just the information that either Huber or Horowitz need to move their respective cases forward.

Western Europe rioters rejecting globalist agendas, chanting “We want Trump”

Quite a weekend with the death of former President George HW Bush. But I want to focus on the events that are getting little coverage here in the US.

Western Europe is exploding. Rioting in Paris over President Emmanuel Macron’s economic policies, which favors rich Parisians versus the people living in the countryside.

TV reports showed protesters chanting. “We want Trump,” while marching amongst burning cars.

Smaller but widespread rioting is taking place in Brussels and Germany with no reports in major media.

While western media point to Macron raising gas prices to combat environmental concerns of the rich, which don’t rely on their cars as much as the underlying cause of the protests.

The gilets jaunes or “yellow vests” crowd marched on the Arc de Triomphe and ironically set fire to dozens of cars harkens back to the Revolution Vive La Resistance that ultimately brought about Bastille Day and then end of royalty in France.

The French Revolution came about because of a tone-deaf monarchy raised taxes on basic food staples like bread and cheese of the citizenry. The suburban and rural population need to be able to travel by car, since the government has neglected to develop provincial alternate travel.

To raise the French Revolution is not out of the blue or purple actually, since the liberal left attempted to stage its own version of Revolution — Vive La Resistance — against President Trump in the run-up to the 2012 presidential election.

However the next two days in Washington will be about getting information to prosecute the resistance movement of Democrats conspiring to work against Trump getting elected.

Monday we have former Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Tuesday ex-FBI Director James Comey testifying before House committees on the abuses of the FISA court.

Federal attorney John Huber was slated Wednesday to update the House committee on his investigation of the Clinton Foundation, but that will need to be rescheduled since it’s the Federal holiday to mourn the death of President Bush.

Vive la difference between western Europe and the US. America has Donald Trump in the White House and the rioters have a Hillary Clinton-type leader, who have a globalist agenda, which screws the population and they have had enough with that.

Not counting on a December to remember

We have possibly an action-packed week coming up with congressional testimony from former Obama DOJ chief Loretta Lynch on Monday and ex-FBI James Comey on Tuesday.

On Wednesday US Attorney John Huber is slated to give his update to Congress on his probe into the Clinton Foundation.

Now there is plenty of speculation over the “Locked & (who is) Loaded” comment as to Lynch being ready to speak on the Obama administration’s involvement on spying on the Trump campaign and after the election. Under threat of releasing the declassified FISA documents will move Lynch to be truthful in order not to perjure herself.

I’ll reserve my enthusiasm for this since I have seen this build up before only to be disappointed by the actual event. It could be that Sunday night both or one could decline the congressional invitation to testify and let the committees deal with that in the next few days remaining in Republican-controlled House.

Shutting down the government by not passing the spending bill will just be used as a time suck to slow or stop any House inquiries will be delayed (cancelled) as lawmakers scramble to get bill passed so they can get out of Washington for holidays.

Being vigilant during December will probably have little to do with keeping up with actions and more to do with staying the course despite nothing really coming from the anticipated actions.

Maybe I’m too jaded at this point, but I would like see a boom, boom. I only need two and they can be lower case.
