NY’s partisanship on full view Monday

Two stories in New York from Monday that show how Democrats operate in such a blatant partisan manner and get away with it with impunity.

Exhibit A: Ex-Manhattan district attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. on his way out the door before his term ended Dec. 31st dropped the CoVid-19 nursing home deaths investigation against disgraced former Governor Andrew Cuomo last week.

Exhibit B: New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday issued subpoenas to Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. as part of her investigation into the Trump Organization, which already include former President Donald Trump and his son Eric.

James is probing private financial deals between two companies doing business with scrupulous amounts of due diligence by all parties in the deal and are not subject to civil penalties. It’s called capitalism.

Cuomo on the other hand was working for the public good as governor and enforced measures that resulted in as many as 15,000 deaths in senior living facilities after ordering CoVid positive patients into the nursing homes. That could be called mass murder.

The new Manhattan prosecutor Alvin Bragg declined comment. The news came out of Cuomo’s camp on Monday.

With all that being said, you don’t hear any voices —besides mine — calling out these partisan actions in New York. Democrats have the get out of jail free card, While Republicans cannot pass go.

It really is a political monopoly.
