So two pieces of news came out on Monday and although most will not make the connection they are deeply tied together.

First was Federal Judge Emmitt Sullivan denying Lieutenant General Michael Flynn’s motion to release exculpatory evidence in his case. This is also called Brady Material, which could prove his innocence.

The second piece is that a Federal Judge Tanya S. Chutkan has sealed all court documents related to the Imran Awan plea bargain deal for bank fraud.

Awan was Democratic Party National Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s IT consultant. Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit in Nov, 2018 seeking more than 7,000 pages of police records dealing with Awan’s activity with the Democratic National Committee prior to and after the 2016 election.

However, according to the DOJ, there is another separate criminal investigation being conducted related to Awan’s activities in this matter.

While President Trump has spoken about Awan and his activities with Wasserman Schultz — often asking about the servers — there is another platform that does not get the press coverage it deserves and ties back to Flynn.

Awan was also in charge of organizing a separate secret platform of encrypted Blackberry phones, which were able to avoid NSA detection. These phones were used extensively by many in the Deep State to avoid detection on back-channel arms and drug trafficking operations.

It is believed that the Blackberrys were backed up to the CrowdStrike servers, which are reportedly housed in Ukraine at CrowdStrike offices.

So when Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell requested Brady Material I am sure a large part of the requested information dealt with the encrypted BlackBerrys, which would blow the case open, and therefore was denied by Judge Sullivan.

The use of these phones by the Gang Of Eight in Congress at the time along with a host of others — including many of the House Intelligence Committee “witnesses” in Rep. Adam Schiff’s impeachment hearings — is the whole impetus for much of the troubles facing President Trump.

As I wrote earlier, when the President asked about the servers to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky then the Deep State went ballistic in its impeachment mode.
