Los Angeles military raid happen in Rep. Adam Schiff’s district

Last week I wrote about what appeared to be a military operation in downtown Los Angeles.

In an extraordinary video of helicopters flying down Wilshire Blvd. and landing in front of a Guatemalan refugee aid office with about a dozen paramilitary offices extracting some materials from the building and then taking off again.

The operation was reportedly a training mission although many ex-military officers say that it is highly unlikely given the location (downtown LA) and the odds of something going awry and killing civilians.

These officials say that there are training locations set up in the desert for these types of operations and that there is not reason to execute this on Wilshire Blvd. unless it was live action to execute an operation against the Guatemalan refugee aid office.

I’m not sure how this exercise squares with the Posse Comitatus Act, which limits the powers of the federal government in using federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies. But suffice it to say that the helicopters did not belong to LAPD.

Well there is one more notice on this operation. The operation and extraction of assets occurred in Rep. Adam Schiff’s congressional district. I wrote Tuesday how Schiff was in the cross hairs of President Trump for his continuing to push for new Russian collusion probes despite a Senate panel and special counsel Bob Mueller finding no smoking gun linking the president to Russia.

Also we learned on Tuesday that Schiff, the chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, may be the subject of a FISA surveillance warrant, which allegedly will show he leaked classified information.

Not sure if these two news events have direct ties, but to my mind its more than coincidental.

Irony Alert: Rep. Schiff will see FISA warrant lead to his undoing.

President Trump has California Rep. Adam Schiff, who is chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, in his cross hairs for “Presidential Harassment”.

So now Congressman Adam Schiff announces, after having found zero Russian Collusion, that he is going to be looking at every aspect of my life, both financial and personal, even though there is no reason to be doing so. Never happened before! Unlimited Presidential Harassment….

The president went on to say that it is a “witch hunt” that Schiff and his committee are continuing with the narrative of Russian collusion despite special counsel Robert Mueller’s 18-month probe finding nothing actionable against the White House for crimes committed during the campaign.

Yes they nabbed people for process crimes of lying to the FBI, but much of those charges stem from the staffers being spied on by the intelligence agencies unbeknownst to them.

So when they were questioned and the statements did not line up with the tapes, they were charged. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn is a perfect case for this type of treatment and you noticed that he plead guilty to the charge but has yet to be sentenced despite numerous hearings on the subject.

Coming back to Rep. Schiff. It appears the president is doing more that just taking him to task on Twitter. It appears that Schiff is the subject of a FISA court warrant as well.

Schiff has been probed on the subject of classified leaks coming from the intelligence committee during the last congressional session when he was the minority ranking member on the panel.

Would that not be just retribution that a FISA surveillance would pick up Schiff leaking untruthful information on the classified Mueller investigation.

FBI lawyer Lisa Page’s congressional testimony

A very important story came out on Friday from Jeff Carlson. I read it then but needed more time to research it, since it is quite a bit to go over.

Carlson received the transcripts of two closed-door testimonies by Lisa Page, the former assistant general counsel at the FBI from July 2018. I am only touching on one aspect of the transcripts, if interested please click on link to view the complete article.

Among the key revelations in the transcript is Obama CIA Director John Brennan’s early involvement in disseminating the information that would ultimately wind up in the Steele dossier. Brennan briefed President Obama in early August 2016 and Democratic leader Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada some days later.

These meeting are almost a month before the FBI would find out about the dossier and launch “Crossfire Hurricane” its probe resulting from the Steele dossier.

In Brennan’s earlier congressional testimony he stated: “In consultation with the White House, I personally briefed the full details of our understanding of Russian attempts to interfere in election to congressional leadership, specifically Senators Harry Reid, Mitch McConnell, Dianne Feinstein and Richard Burr; and to Representatives Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Devon Nunes and Adam Schiff between 11, August and 6, September.”

So what comes from Page’s testimony, which is the most surprising to me, is that the FBI “Crossfire Hurricane” probe into Russian collusion was a top down investigation perhaps ordered from the Obama White House resulting from CIA Director Brennan’s briefing.

Then FBI begins looking into the Steele Dossier, although they believe they are initiating the probe since Steele is an FBI asset.

Please give the full article a read.

Here are some other key findings from the testimony:

  • The FBI appears to have considered investigating President Trump for obstruction of justice both before and after FBI Director James Comey was fired.
  • Page says the DOJ refused to pursue “gross-negligence” charges against Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server to send classified information.
  • FBI agent Michael Gaeta, head of the Eurasian Crime Squad, who received the dossier from former MI6 spy Steele in July 2016 is referred to in the transcript as Steele’s handler.
  • The FBI maintained a previously unknown verification file for the Steele dossier. Congressional investigators did not previously know of its existence.
  • John Carlin, the head of the DOJ’s National Security Division, was kept abreast of the FBI’s investigative activities through contact with then-Deputy FBI Director McCabe.
  • Page worked directly for DOJ official Bruce Ohr for at least five years and had met his wife, Nellie, once.
  • The role of FBI Agent Jonathan Moffa and DOJ official George Toscas may have been greater than initially assumed.

Trust Sessions to shine sunlight on unredacted FISA documents

As I wrote on Tuesday, the ramifications of the glorious Constitutional Day of September 17th announcement to declassify the FISA application documents, I neglected one big move.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has notified Supreme Court Chief Judge John Roberts and Associate Judge Clarence Thomas that he no longer is recusing himself in the Russian collusion matters.

I assume upon release of the FISA documents relating to Carter Page, Sessions will announce that a non-partisan probe has concluded the Trump administration had no involvement with the Russians during the 2016 election and that he as chief law enforcement officer in the US will now pursue charges against the Obama administration for its complicit actions to sway the election for Hillary Clinton.

The Sessions recusal was really about allowing and documenting the illegal actions of those in the Department of Justice and FBI to continue unimpeded. Then once there was sufficient documentation of the systemic rot within the upper levels of both agencies the hammer dropped.

How do I know this is true? Look at the reactions from Democrats to the Trump announcement on declassifying the FISA documents. They use words like UNLAWFUL, DANGEROUS, LAWLESS, PROFOUND ALARM. For the Dems all these words ring true, but for Americans allowing sunlight in can only help disinfect these treasonous acts.

In a letter addressed to Dan Coats, the Director of National Intelligence, Rod Rosenstein, Asst. Attorney General and Christopher Wray, FBI Director, Sens. Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and Mark Warner along with Rep. Adam Schiff deplore the intelligence chiefs to ignore the presidential directive.

And then the letter goes on to say that “the Gang Of Eight,” referring to themselves and others “should be briefed in person.” Really, you want to call yourself the Gang of Eight? Are you an offshoot of MS-13?

While many say Rosenstein is history if he bucks the president’s order on declassifying the FISA application, it is no longer his call. Sessions will be the president’s point man now. That’s why he communicated with SCOTUS.

It’s all about Sessions now. Trust Sessions.
