Nunes criminal referrals may move Huber/Horowitz probes forward

California Republican Congressman Devin Nunes will bring his criminal referrals to Attorney General William Barr early this week.

Nunes has publicly said he has eight initial charges against numerous individuals for leaking, lying to Congress. The representative, who has been in the middle of probing the FISA abuse during the Obama administration, suggested that some journalists should be questioned about the leaks.

Nunes, ranking member of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, also said he will give the referrals directly to Barr since there are still questionable characters working within the upper ranks of the Department of Justice and FBI.

Barr will more than likely refer these charges to existing investigations being conducted by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz and/or Federal Attorney John Huber since he has also hinted that the clearing out of rogue elements within the DOJ still needs to be completed.

I am very confident that within Nunes referrals is a charge against fellow California democratic congressman Adam Schiff, who now chairs intelligence committee. Schiff was requested to step down from that position by republicans last week after the release of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report  found no collusion with the Russians and no obstruction of justice by the Trump administration or campaign.

Since the charges deal with classified information we will not know who is being charged by Nunes, but it is safe to say that the upper echelon of the Obama administration along with the intelligence chiefs and DOJ and FBI officials will be included.

I have a sense that the Nunes charges and all the supporting classified documents contained within the charges may be just the information that either Huber or Horowitz need to move their respective cases forward.

Creepy Joe Biden’s MeToo undoing

This post is not an April Fools’ joke.

Former Democratic Vice President Joe Biden’s potential to run for president is done.

An Internet campaign showing dozens of photos of Biden acting inappropriate with women and younger girls at numerous swearing-in ceremonies that he officiated as Veep during the Obama years have now gone mainstream after he was being accused by a former Democratic legislator from Nevada, Lucy Flores of inappropriate touching and smelling of her hair..

I’m not sure if other women will come forward with accusations, simply because most are wives and daughters of fellow Democrats who were appointed to top jobs within the Obama administration — that’s why Biden was there for their swearing-in ceremony.

Biden in his defense offered this statement: “In my many years on the campaign trail and in public life, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, expressions of affection, support and comfort,” Mr. Biden said in a statement. “And not once—never—did I believe I acted inappropriately. If it is suggested I did so, I will listen respectfully. But it was never my intention.”

As I mentioned recently, the reason Biden has not thrown his hat in the ring earlier was he wanted to wait for the Mueller report to charge Trump and associates with crimes in order to give himself cover.

The thought was if Trump was charged with collusion or obstruction, then he would not be able to release the unredacted FISA applications. Biden was counting on Mueller so that Biden would not be named in the White House corruption scandal of spying on an elected president.

Also the information that the Veep had his good friend Sen. John McCain leak to the media the Dossier file would be squashed. McCain was used to show there was bipartisan concern over Trump and the Russians.

The Creepy Joe meme is out in the wild now and it spells doom for his candidacy

Is there any connect between the exoneration of the Trump team by Robert Mueller and the largest caravan heading to the southern border?

How does the Democratic Congressional leadership get the narrative changed?

How does the Alt-right media get the narrative changed?

How does Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) get the narrative changed from him speaking of and leaking fraudulent information on the Russian dossier for almost two years.

Move the topic du jour to immigration and open borders to push the narrative.

President Trump’s victory lap

President Trump went on Sean Hannity’s Fox show Wednesday night to take his victory lap after being vindicated by the Robert Mueller’s report.

Trump hammered home a number of times that “These treasonous acts against a president can never happen again.” Although he never called it an attempted coup, this is what will come out in the future.

The President says he will release the unredacted FISA applications and all the associated documents that were used to get a warrant to spy on American citizens working on the Trump presidential campaign.

As I have written earlier this week, the full extent of the FISA release will be curtailed due to the explosive information contained within the documents. The limited release will probably come much closer to the 2020 election to take back the House under Republican control. As the drops say, “FISA brings down the house.”

Trump also had some choice words for his most vocal critics from the Alt Left. On ex-CIA chief John Brennan, the president said:

“I think Brennan’s a sick person, I really do,” Trump said. “I believe there’s something wrong with him, for him to come out of the CIA and act that way was so disrespectful to the country and to the CIA. He was not considered good at what he did. He was never a respected guy.”

On Californian Congressman Adam Schiff, the president had this to say:

“Schiff is a bad guy, he knew he was lying — he’s not a dummy. For a year and a half he would just leak and call up CNN and others. You know, I watch him, so sanctimonious … He knew it was a lie, and he’d get in the back room with his friends in the Democrat Party, and they would laugh like hell. In one way, you could say it’s a crime what he did — he was making statements he knew were false. He’s a disgrace to our country.”

The president also added that Schiff should be impeached and thrown out of the House for his actions on the Intelligence committee.

So now President Trump will move on to getting back to his agenda and putting pieces together for his 2020 campaign without the looming collusion narrative hanging over his head.

Mueller’s report will not lead to full FISA declass. It just can’t.

What does the public release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report sometime this week mean for the nation? Will it heal the schism? NO.

Look at the reaction by the Democrats already in Congress. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi does not want to be briefed on the report by Attorney General Bill Barr, Rep. Adam Schiff is already calling for an investigation into Mueller, without even seeing the report.

No, the Mueller report will cause deeper rifts, with far left pols and pundits grasping at straws.

Nowhere did I see in the Sunday editions of the New York Times or Washington Post the hundreds of column inches of corrections required to amend all the stories written about how the Mueller report was going to lead to a Trump impeachment.

The general public is unaware of this duplicity by the alt left. They may have heard there was no Russian collusion with the Trump campaign while watching the NCAA March Madness basketball games, but the media is still playing up the plea deals that came out of the Mueller probe.

All those convictions dealing with Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort and the rest, were for crimes committed before the president decided to run for office and had no connection to the campaign.

Now those in the know on the right are clambering for the release of the unredacted FISA applications, which will lead to showing the real collusion, which began in late 2015, when the Obama White House through CIA Director John Brennan and DIA chief James Clapper set up a spying operation on Trump using British, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand spy operations.

A limited FISA release with all the communications between DOJ and FBI will probably come out a next month in support of the President not stonewalling the investigation despite of the bias of the probers. It will further inform on how all these characters were anti-Trump and working furiously to find a connection between Trump and Russia.

However, I don’t believe the full FISA declassification will happen anytime soon. It’s a can of worms that no one wants to unleash given the revelations of treason and sedition contained within the documents themselves and by implication and direct testimony leads directly to Obama’s Oval Office.

Certainly it will be held over the heads of all those involved and used to the best advantage, but I do not think most of the revelations contained will see the sunlight anytime soon.

If I am correct on this we will soon see Joe Biden announce his candidacy. He is waiting for a deal to be cut before throwing his hat into the ring officially.

What will the Democrats call themselves after Mueller and Horowitz reports are released?

As I wrote yesterday, Special Counsel Bob Mueller will deliver the goods as to the false premise of the Trump campaign and Russian collusion and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz will release the true culprits behind the unconstitutional spying on American citizens by the surveillance community.

So what talking points do we see appearing overnight from the ultra left-wing of the Democratic party? Mueller was stymied, he never could get to the bottom of the collusion.

The Trump administration had Mueller in their pocket to deceive the American people. we need new investigations to uncover what Mueller missed.

For nearly two years Bob Mueller was the darling of the left. He was going to take down the corrupt Trump team, the left said.

Well now that he is about to submit his “classified” report to Attorney General William Barr, all the House Democrats already know what is in the report and they are fuming.

Reps. Adam Schiff, Maxine Waters and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi have all said further investigation is needed. Need to try to obfuscate the truth and some how get them to the 2020 election while pandering to their base.

If these representatives launch their own probes in the House, then they will feel insulated from charges from the reports because they will claim its political retribution.

The House Democrats will bring Mueller in to testify and attempt to make headlines with their inflammatory questions on how Trump’s campaign staff were charged with crimes and lied to the special counsel.

But it will be more grandstanding and pandering to the base in an effort to protect the criminal activities of the Obama administration.

When all is said and done they may not even want to call themselves Democrats anymore, they may need to rename the party. That’s how damning the details of these reports will be.
